Pre-commissioning of shopping centre

The fourth quarter of 2014 was marked by the conclusion of a major contract on pre-commissioning services and engineering advice at the construction completion stage for a shopping centre.

The facility with a total area of 120 000 sq. m. is located in Moscow and embodies the emerging trends in architecture. The trade center includes office premises, shopping galleries, cinema halls, a hypermarket as well as a parking for 4 400 parking spaces.

With the completion of construction and commissioning of engineering systems Eco Install will start to operate as a managing company.
